I started programming at the age of 11 in the early 80's and became a professional software developer for the german military at the age of 22. Some years later I became a consultant and project manager for an international healthcare it company. At that stage of my career I started to give workshops and trainings.

4 years ago I was introduced to the world of Agile and started with Scrum, became a certified ScrumMaster and Facilitator. By then I just knew lesson-learned workshops from being a project manager and was totally flashed by the power of retrospectives and the mechanics of inspect&adapt. Since then I'm facilitating retrospectives on a regular base for different teams. In addition I do retrospectives for my own and personal inspect&adapt requirements. I have experienced that retrospectives are one of the most important and powerful tools for continuous improvement, effective for individuals, teams, organisations or other communities of interest. In my opinion, retrospectives are the essential key for continuous improvement for personal and occupational fulfillment.

I'm highly interested to exchange knowledge at the RFG2012, to learn from others and share my own experiences. I invented retrospectives like Agile Wall Street, Agile Golf, Agile Bowling or Agile Tennis to name some which I would like to share with other facilitators. Furthermore I'd like to learn from others and perhaps get new insides which I didn't recognized so far.

Today I'm an Agile Coach and just started to be selfemployed. If you'r interested you can have a look at my blog: http://vinylbaustein.net tok_open.jpg
